DTS is lifechanging, adventureous, challenging and most of all relational. It’s about knowing God and to make Him known, our YWAM motto. At YWAM Lichinga we run the DTS in 5 months, divided in two phases: lecture phase and the outreach phase.

People from different cultures and nations will teach in the first phase about the cross, the fatherheart of God, the Gospel, Jesus and much more. While you are living in community and absorbing all the new truths you hear, you will grow in your love to give your life completely, and daily, to Him where Love has started.

During our outreach phase we mainly focus on sharing the Gospel on different ways. We focus on the unreached people group YAO, who live in 4 different countries: Mozambique, Malawi, Tanzania and Zambia. We want them to get to know Jesus and love to be part of the movement that is going on right now!

Mini DTS
While our new staff team, due changes in our team,  is getting trained to run full DTS’s, we do run Mini DTS. In a Mini DTS you have about almost everything like in a ‘normal’ DTS, but than small… our Mini DTS’s are about 4 weeks and will give a taster what DTS is and much more! You will receive teaching that will change your way of thinking and your way of living and you will notice that in your marriage, your family, the way you relate to your friends. Be open to become more as God intended you to be and do a Mini DTS.
